From decoration to new bathrooms, kitchens and general interior and exterior maintenance, Broadstone Concierge aims to serve both the private and rental property owner. With a wealth of trades available, we are able to ensure your property is looked after.

We can operate on either a retained basis for private clients and clients with rental portfolios or indeed as and when our services are required.

Residential.

Rental.

Whether you have a holiday rental, apartment or a portfolio of properties that require maintenance on a PMP (preventive maintenance program) or one off visit, we are delighted to assist.

This ranges from refreshing properties at the end of tenancy to dealing with broken or damaged fixtures and fittings during tenancy. We can liaise directly with the tenants or letting agents on your behalf to arrange suitable times for access depending if we hold keys for your properties(s) or not.

Garden cleaning and patio/paths jet washing are all services that we offer.

New carpets and floor covering can all be arranged on your behalf if required before a new tenancy begins.
